Requirements:

  • Netherlands COC Endorsement
    • Chief Officer up to 500 GT, or
    • Chief Officer All Ships
  • Relevant and valid STCW certificates
  • Preferably experience on smaller vessels or patrol vessel

True Horizon Crewing is looking for a Chief Officer for a modern patrol vessel operating in the Netherlands. The crew operates on a 28 days rotation, the position is open to Dutch nationals holding a valid Dutch Certificate of Competency.

True Horizon Crewing is a Netherlands based maritime crewing agency specialised in providing experienced offshore and marine professionals including Masters, Chief Officers, Engineers and DPO’s.

This role is well suited for an officer who enjoys working on smaller, modern vessels and is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with a high level of responsibility. The position involves supporting the Master in the safe navigation and operational management of the vessel while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

  • Sign-on: Early April
  • Duration: 4 week rotation
