Founder of True Horizon Crewing, Teun Hofman brings over 20 years of offshore and marine experience.
Throughout his career, Teun has worked in a variety of roles ranging from DPO to Offshore Construction Manager, Project Manager and Manager Operations.
Teun’s personal approach is built on trust, open communication and a commitment to lasting partnerships.

As Crew Coordinator at True Horizon Crewing, Elena supports the day-to-day planning and coordination, while maintaining close contact with both crew and clients.
Through her longstanding connection with life at sea, she has a practical understanding of the challenges seafarers face and the importance of clear communication and reliable planning.
Elena helps ensure both crew and clients receive the personal and well-organized support they need before and during each assignment.
